RETURN POLICY
At Timesqure, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return policy on most items to ensure you have the time and peace of mind to decide if your purchase is right for you. While we’re confident you’ll love our handbags, backpacks, wallets, and accessories, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out, and we’ve made our return process as simple as possible.
How to Process Returns:

Returns with Proof of Purchase: We accept returns with valid proof of purchase, including your order number, confirmation email, original sales receipt, packing slip, or return barcode. In these cases, we will issue a refund to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, etc.).

Returns Without Proof of Purchase: If you do not have proof of purchase, returns may be accepted with a valid ID. In this case, you will receive store credit for the lowest selling price of the item, which can only be used for future in-store merchandise purchases.

Condition of Returned Items: Items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition for a full refund or exchange. Items showing signs of wear, being used, or missing tags may not be eligible for return.

Gift Returns: If you received a gift, returns will be processed either as a gift card or an exchange (subject to availability) when a valid gift receipt is provided.

Discounts and Promotions: If you used a coupon or Scorecard Reward, your refund will be adjusted based on the final paid price of the item. If a promotion was applied, the adjusted refund will reflect the discounted price.

Repair and Warranty Issues: Products requiring repair or servicing should be returned to the manufacturer or an authorized service center. For further assistance, please contact customer service.

- U.S. Passport
Product Exclusions and Restrictions:
Please note that certain items are non-returnable or subject to specific return conditions:
- Custom and Special Orders: These items are tailored to your specifications and cannot be returned.
- Opened Products: Certain items, once opened, cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. These include select handbags, wallets, and accessories, depending on the condition of the packaging.
- Gift Cards: Non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Damaged/Faulty Products: If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us within 30 days of purchase for return or exchange eligibility.

Furniture & Oversized Item Returns:
Larger items such as furniture or oversized products may incur an additional delivery or handling fee. Shipping for these items typically takes 2-4 weeks from the date of shipment. If you wish to return an oversized item, please refer to the product page for further instructions.
Pre-Owned or Refurbished Items:
- Exchanges Only: Pre-owned, demo, and refurbished products are eligible for exchange only within 7 days of purchase if the item is returned in its original condition. Proof of purchase is required for exchanges.
Electronics Returns:
Electronics (if purchased from our store) must be returned in their original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and parts. Missing items or damaged packaging may disqualify the return.
Manufacturer's Warranty Returns:
Some of our products, including handbags and backpacks, may be covered under a manufacturer’s warranty. In such cases, the return process will be handled according to the manufacturer's policy. We’ll assist you with initiating a warranty claim if necessary.
Final Sale and Non-Returnable Items:
- Final Sale Items: Certain items, such as deeply discounted or clearance products, are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- Specialty Items: Items such as accessories or wallets that have been used or worn, or items from specific collections, may not be eligible for returns.
Refund Processing:
Once your return is approved, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed. For credit card payments, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
