Start by applying an eye primer to prevent the eye shadows from creasing. Then, apply cello tape at the outer corner of your eye by connecting it in a line to the brow bone. This tape will act as a guideline in creating a sharp edge to the eye makeup. Then, apply a warm medium brown matte eye shadow to the crease area, and softly blend it out. Here, I have used the Elf Day on the Beach Eye shadow palette for the medium brown eye shadow.

Step 2:

Apply a matte bright red eyeshadow to the crease area of your eyes. To give an illusion of bigger eyes, I have applied the eye shadow slightly above the crease area. Apply the eye shadow in a ‘C’ shape by following the natural crease shape of your eyes. Here, I have used the Miss Claire eyeshadow in 0504.

Then, take a fluffy blending eye shadow brush and softly diffuse the red eye shadow applied to the crease area earlier. This step will give a soft, smoky look to your eyes. I have used the Oriflame blending brush for this step.

Apply a shimmery yellow gold eye shadow to the eyelid area. Also bring it slightly towards the innermost corner of your eyes. You can dampen your eye shadow brush slightly with water to build up rich color intensity of the eye shadow. Here, I have used the Lakme eye shadow palette in Tanjore Rush for the yellow gold eyeshadow.

Choose a satiny peach-like orange eye shadow, and place it at the two third corner of your eye area. Pat the eye shadow gently, avoiding sweeping motion as usually done to get good color intensity. Use a blending brush and sweep it softly into the crease area to give a soft, smoky look to the eyes. Here, I have used an orange eye shadow from the Elf 144 eye shadow palette.

Apply the same shimmery gold eye shadow to the innermost corner of the lower lash line. Then take a soft aqua blue eye shadow and apply it to the center of your lower lash line and a black eye shadow to the outermost corner of your lower lash line. Use a clean brush to softly blend the eye shadows for a seamless finish. The blue and darker black eye shadow will reflect the sky in this makeup. Then, apply a soft champagne eye shadow in shimmery finish to the brow bone area of your eyes to lift the eye makeup. Here, I have used the Revlon Shadow links eye shadow in Sand.

Complete the eye look with mascara, and line your eyes to define your eyes. I have created a dramatic winged eye liner look to bring in the bold and intense look. If you would like a subtler look, you can go for a normal eyeliner look. Here, I have used the same Lotus Herbals Kajal, Kryolan Black Eye Liner and L’Oreal Million Lashes Mascara.
