Weight Loss Juice: Saag & Apple Juice
Ingredients: Two apples, half cucumber, celery stalks, half lemon (peeled), half lime (peeled), 2-3 saag leaves/collard leave
Method: Add all the ingredients to a juicer, add a cup of water for consistency and blend to make a weight loss drink.

Weight Loss Juice: Parsley & Beet Juice
Ingredients: 2 beet leaves (swiss chard/red chard), half a cup parsley, half beet, half pineapple, two raw apples, fresh mint leaves, and half a lemon (peeled)

Weight Loss Juice: Kale & Spinach
