Apple cider vinegar is an effective natural bacteria-fighting compound, which contains large amounts of potassium, chlorine, sodium, sulfur, copper, iron, silicon, calcium, magnesium, phosphorous and fluorine, which are essential for a healthy body.

Reduces bad breath: Apple cider vinegar when mixed with water can fight bad bacteria in the mouth and prevent bad breath.  

Prevents indigestion:
If you are suffering from indigestion, simply mix one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar with one teaspoon of honey in a glass of warm water and drink this.

Stops hiccups: Swallow a teaspoonful of apple cider vinegar to stop hiccups.

Soothes a sore throat: As soon as you get a sore throat, mix ¼ cup of apple cider vinegar with warm water and gargle every hour.

Brightens skin:
Apple cider vinegar reduces inflammation and can be used to treat dry skin and blemishes, thereby clearing the skin and giving one a bright, glowing complexion.

Body Odour: Apple cider vinegar can help adjust the skin’s pH level which helps to eliminate odour-causing bacteria. So simply dip a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar and dab it under your arms.

Age spots:
It contains sulfur, which fights age spots. So, apply apple cider vinegar regularly on the age spots and watch them disappear.
