Several reasons such as age, weight gain, weight loss and pregnancy can take a toll on ones breasts causing them to lose elasticity and sag over time. These droopy breasts not only appear unappealing but also affect a woman’s self-image. Luckily, there are quite a few things you can do to regain this lost elasticity and make your breasts firm again.
Regular breast massage will improve the elasticity of the breasts. Apart from that it will also hydrate and soften your breasts. Use olive oil to give your breasts a good massage every week.
Avoid sleeping on your stomach as this causes your breasts to squish under your body weight.
Always wear the right sized bra as this will give your breasts optimal support. Women with larger breasts should always wear a bra as lack of support can cause their heavy breasts to droop.
There are also a few exercises that can help make your breasts firm. Try the following exercises to enhance the elasticity of your breasts and make them firm. Make sure you perform 1-3 sets of 8-16 repetitions for each exercise.

Apart from all the above mentioned tips, you should also moisturise your breasts daily. Moisturising will hydrate the skin on your breast which in turn will keep the elasticity intact.
Once a week you can also use a breast mask to naturally moisturise and hydrate your skin. Mash together cucumber and full fat cream with the white of one egg and apply it to your breasts. Leave it on your breasts for about 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Just like a facial mask, this breast mask will leave your breasts feeling firm and healthy.
