1. Rope Pulling:

  • Sit on the floor, keeping the legs straight.
  • Keep your back straight and hands on the thighs.
  • Concentrate on the hand and arm muscles.
  • While inhaling, stretch your left arm upwards and close your left hand to make a fist, with the thumb inside.
  • Coordinate your breathing with the movement.
  • With exhaling, tense your arm and keep it straight.
  • Lower it slowly towards the knee.
  • Relax your arm.
  • Repeat this 5 times with your each arm.

  • This is also known as “Pavanamukth Asana” in yoga.
  • Do this for a minute.

This is also known as “Sarvanga Asana” in yoga.

  • Bend your knees
  • Move till the rope gets tight.

  • Bringing your arms down, tighten the body
  • Be in this position for 1 minute.
