1. Hand Yoga:
Take your hands and gently place your left palm on your left ear and the right palm on the right ear. Now, you need to massage your ears in a circular motion. Focus on the outer area of your ears as well. You should do this for a minute or so. Once, you are done with this, continue in the opposite direction. This will help you reduce anxiety.
2. Massaging The Ear Lobes:
Take your thumb along with the index fingers and massage the lobes of your ears in very small circles. After a couple of minutes, take your fingers up from the middle all the way to the outer region of your ears.
The lobes of your ears are linked to the brain. The left brain as well as the pituitary gland is stimulated when the right ear lobes are massaged. The pineal gland and the right brain are stimulated once the left ear lobe has been massaged.

6. Ear Meditation:
No, that’s not a typo! You read that right! Ear meditation offers an effective way to relax and rejuvenate. Ear meditation will help you feel a sense of calm once you start practicing it. Rub both of your hands until they become warm. Now keep the left palm over your left ear. Your right palm should be cupped over the right ear. Hold it for about 30 seconds and then repeat again.
