  1. Egg – 2
  2. Onions – 1, small, finely chopped
  3. Tomato – 1, small, finely chopped
  4. Carrot – 1, small, peeled, finely grated
  5. Green chilies – 2, finely chopped
  6. Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  7. Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp, finely chopped
  8. Salt – to taste
  9. Turmeric powder – a pinch
  10. Clarified butter – 2 tsp


  1. Crack the eggs into a small mixing bowl. Using a wire whisk the eggs until it becomes frothy.
  2. Mix in turmeric powder and salt, and beat well.
  3. Add onions, tomatoes, carrot, green chilies, cumin seeds and coriander leaves, and mix well.
  4. Heat a large non-stick pan greased lightly with clarified butter on a medium to high flame.
  5. Lower the flame and pour in the whisked egg mixture.
  6. Swirl the pan to ensure even spreading.
  7. Turn the flame from low to medium to high flame.
  8. Drizzle half of the leftover clarified butter over the egg mixture and cook until the bottom portion turns golden brown.
  9. Flip over and sprinkle rest of the clarified butter and cook for a minute more.

  1. Eggs – 2, large
  2. Salt – to taste
  3. Cheddar cheese – ¼ cup, grated
  4. Butter – 1 tbsp

  1. Eggs – 2, large
  2. Salt – to taste
  3. Whipped cream – 1 tbsp

  6. Cherry tomatoes – 6, finely sliced
  7. Cooking oil – 1 tsp
  8. Butter – 1 tbsp

  5. Add tomatoes and cook until the mixture is semi dry.
  6. Mix in crumbled paneer and give a quick mix.
