All of it can be blended in a juicer or a mixer grinder with an addition of sugar to taste. Also, to enhance its immunity boosting properties, add 1 teaspoon of turmeric. Turmeric has a lot of health benefits and some of them include its anti-oxidant, anti inflammatory, anti bacterial and detoxifying properties.
