Bugs—those scary creepy crawlies are apt subjects for horror flicks! But no matter how scary they look, not all bugs are harmful! 7. Use Listerine:

This is probably an unusual and unheard of remedy, but, nonetheless it is effective. Listerine has menthol in it, which helps to cool the irritated skin around the bug bite. It is also helps to get relief from the itching sensation.

8. Use Sticky Tape:

This is more of a precautionary measure actually. Putting a sticky tape on the bitten area will prevent you from scratching it because if you scratch the bite, you can break the skin and infect the area.

9. Apply Apple Cider Vinegar:

Apple cider vinegar helps to prevent any infection from spreading around the bitten. It also soothes the bitten area in the process. It causes a bit of sting, which helps in distracting you from the constant itching.

10. Use Tea Tree Oil:

Tea tree oil, which is an antiseptic, also helps to stop the infection from spreading. This too causes a burning sensation. But on the whole, this has been known to be an effective cure for bug bites.
