Apple Crumble Recipe
3 cups Cooking Apples
½ tsp Cinnamon powder
1 tsp Lemon juice
3 tbsp White sugar/ brown sugar
½ cup Oats
1 tbsp Butter (in the solid form)
1. Dice the apples keeping the skin intact. Add lemon juice and cinnamon powder to the diced apples and mix well. Add sugar and mix once again.
2. Using a butter knife, cut the solid butter into very small pieces. Rub the butter pieces into the oats such that the mixture acquires a crumbly texture.
3. Combine the diced apple mixture and the oats-butter mixture together into a baking dish.
4. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for approximately 30 minutes or till slightly brown.
